Only way to start the overcast day with a steaming bowl of Seoul food (pun intended) veggie porridge.

A couple of streets over is a 4 floor discount store I think called E-Mart’s Pierrot. I bought a few snacks and then returned the next day to stock up on unique gifts and tech.

For a more traditional Korean Market, catch a bus to Kwangjong Market. Experience street food in its rawest form and many local sellers sprucing their goods.

Next on the Seoul shopping experience was the underground shops at Express Bus Terminal.

Although food is cheaper in Korea than Australia, clothes seem to be a bit more expensive. The Express Bus Terminal sort of answers this by having clothes priced around ₩10,000 while styles are a bit trendier than any other underground markets.

Last stop was Banpo Bridge on the Han River, where I chilled out (literally it was 12 degrees) listening to BTS for a couple hours.

Despite the cold weather there were people walking their dogs, riding bikes and picnicking in tents.
I couldn’t last much longer in the cold (I’ll try to catch the Bridge light show tomorrow night) and headed back to the hotel.
Annyeonghi jumuseyo!
